Scholarship Overview!
The Youth of Excellence Scheme (YES) Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship that is Government-funded for international students. It offers one and two year (1+1) Master’s programs. For one (or first) year, all expenses are paid by the scholarship which includes full tuition fee, on-campus accommodation, comprehensive medical insurance, air ticket at the start (for entering China) and at the end (for leaving China), one-off settlement subsidy, living allowance, and for two year program, the candidates are sent back to their home countries and given air ticket to come back for their dissertation defense only. You need to have a Bachelor’s degree, English language proficiency, and at least 3 years of work experience for applying to this scholarship. All courses in this scholarship scheme are English-taught.

Eligibility Criteria!
To be eligible for the Youth of Excellence Scholarship, applicants must meet specific academic, age, and residency requirements.
Physical and Mental Healthy
Healthy both physically and mentally at the time of application.
Age Limit
Not over 45 years old (born after September 1, 1972).
Work Experience
At least 3 years’ work experience, and professional experience in a field relative to the program applied. Working in a government agency, company or research institute and being a Section Director or Chief of Office, a senior manager, or excellent in scientific researches.
Good English Language Proficiency
Minimum requirements include IELTS Academic total score 6.0, or TOEFL Internet score 80, or another equivalent test.
Strong Developmental Potential
Having strong developmental potential in his/her career and being willing to promote mutual cooperation and exchanges between China and his/her home country.
Nationality
Students from Developing Countries are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
