The Role:

As a Receptionist, you will serve as the front-facing representative of the company, managing front desk operations and creating a welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:

• Managing front desk operations and office reception.
• Handling incoming calls and greeting visitors professionally.
• Maintaining office logs, visitor records, and call registers.
• Coordinating with internal teams for visitor and meeting arrangements.
• Ensuring a professional and organized front office environment.
