The Role:

As a Customer Representative Intern, you will support the customer service team by assisting clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its customers. This role is designed to help you gain hands-on experience in customer support operations while contributing to a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:

• Assisting customers through phone, email, or chat
• Providing accurate and basic product or service information to customers
• Logging customer inquiries, maintaining follow-ups, and updating CRM records.
• Supporting the customer service team with daily operational tasks
• Helping resolve simple issues and escalating complex cases to senior staff when needed.
