The Role:
As a Customer Representative Intern, you will support customer service operations by assisting customers, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This role provides practical exposure to customer service processes and communication skills.
What You'll Be Doing Every Day:
- Assisting customers via phone and email.
- Providing accurate and basic product or service information.
- Maintaining customer logs, records, and follow-ups.
- Supporting the customer service team with daily tasks.
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members when required.
