Course Overview!

The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Change at Cleveland State University equips managers with the knowledge and skills to become effective leaders and change agents. The curriculum focuses on data-driven decision-making, enabling graduates to diagnose and implement organizational change initiatives sustainably. It emphasizes developing the ability to analyze organizational issues at individual, team, and organizational levels, then implementing appropriate interventions to achieve goals. Course Structure

The certificate program requires five courses: three required courses and two electives. Required courses include HRM Metrics and Analytics (MGT 600), Organizational Diagnostics (MGT 603), and Organizational Development (MGT 605). Electives can be chosen from Organizational Theory & Design (MGT 504), Managerial Skill Development (MGT 577), Leadership and Interpersonal Effectiveness (MGT 604), and Professional Internship (MGT 690). Additional elective courses may be approved by the student's program advisor.
