Course Overview!

Ball State University's Pre-Veterinary Program is a non-degree program designed to prepare students for admission to veterinary schools, primarily Purdue University's School of Veterinary Medicine. Course Structure

Required courses include Principles of Biology I & II, Genetics, Microbiology, Composing Research, Fundamentals of Public Communication, General Chemistry I & II, Organic Chemistry I & II (with labs), Physics I & II, and either Biochemistry with labs or Principles of Biochemistry I & II. Students must also complete a mathematics course (either Elementary Probability and Statistics or Biometry) and humanties courses alongside an additional elective.
