Ball State University's online Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is a flexible program designed for working adults. Course Structure

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program comprises several key components. Students complete 48 credits of business foundation courses, including foundational accounting, business law, microeconomics, macroeconomics, business statistics, finance, and business communications. The business administration major requires 27 credits, with courses in finance, marketing, information systems and operations management, and management and human resources, offering specialized electives. 18 credits are dedicated to general electives students can choose based on their interests, and all students complete a 36-39 credit University core curriculum designed to build a well-rounded education. The SOAR program (Success, Opportunity, Acumen, and Readiness) provides additional support in career development and job search skills.
