Course Overview!

The Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Management and Leadership at Ball State University is a hands-on program focusing on developing well-rounded problem solvers and critical thinkers. It emphasizes both "soft skills" (self-awareness, emotional intelligence, teamwork, conflict resolution) and core business knowledge (accounting, finance, economics, computer information systems). The program features self-assessments, leadership development tools, immersive experiences, and networking opportunities with alumni and industry leaders. It's unique in its focus on leadership development and is the only on-campus undergraduate leadership degree in Indiana awarded by an AACSB-accredited business school.
